The amount of the annual dues for fiscal (calendar) year 2011 is $60.00.
The amount was determined after preparation of an annual budget for operation of the Association. That budget may be found in the Financial/2011 Budget portion of this web site.
Dues for the Smoky Hill Homeowner Association are mandatory for all owners, as of January 30, 2003.
