Board of Directors Monthly Meeting

General Session

• Called to order at 7:48 P.M. by C.J. Whelan

• Jerry Marshall made a motion to approve minutes from the July Board meeting. Motion was seconded and approved by all.

· Steve Pulford reported to the activities of the Metro Board for the month of July. For additional information please refer to the Metro District website.

• Centennial Property Services (CPS) presented the Associations current financial reports. The Balance sheet and Budget v. Actual reports (ending 7/31/07) were reviewed. Caryn Winkler made a motion to approve the financial reports (subject to audit). Motion was seconded and approved. The reports are available on the HOA’s website at www.smokyhillhoa.net.

• Following discussion, Sharron Metz motioned to pay bills for the month of July. Motion was seconded and approved.

· CPS presented their activity report for the month of July 2007.

· Caryn Winkler presented the status of the legal report from Attorney James Wilder. This was discussed at length.

· Following discussion Caryn Winkler made a motion to approve the payment for signs for the Annual Ice Cream Social in an amount not to exceed $450. Motion was seconded and approved with one no vote.

· Jerry Marshall made a motion to adjourn the meeting. Motion was seconded and approved by all. The meeting adjourned at 9:10 P.M.

C.J. Whelan called an executive meeting to order at 9:08 P.M.

• Following discussion of delinquent accounts at the property 16927 E Prentice Caryn Winkler made a motion to stop all legal action and request the homeowner to appear before the board to discuss the remaining balance due. Motion was seconded and approved by all.

· Following discussion of delinquent accounts Caryn Winkler made a motion to refund $136 to Ms Urban. If the house is currently in compliance with the homeowner covenants. Motion was seconded and approved with one no vote.

· Sharron Metz made a motion to adjourn the meeting. Motion was seconded and approved by all. The meeting adjourned at 10:05 P.M.
