General Session

Called to order at 7:02 P.M. by C.J. Whelan

The minutes from the April Board meeting will be reviewed for approval at the June meeting.

· Dave Lewsader and Steve Pulford of Metro District discussed issues related to SHHOA & SHMD. For additional information please refer to the Metro District website.

· Following nominations from within the Board, the following officers were elected for the 2007-2008 year:

· President C. J. Whelan

· First Vice Present Sharron Metz

· Second Vice-President Jerry Marshall

· Secretary and Legal Liaison Caryn Winkler

Jerry Marshall made a motion to appoint James Kelsey to fill a vacant position on the Board. Motion was seconded and approved

Centennial Property Services (CPS) presented the Associations current financial reports. The Balance sheet and Budget v. Actual reports (ending 4/30/07) were reviewed. Caryn Winkler made a motion to approve the financial reports (subject to audit). Motion was seconded and approved. The reports are available on the HOA’s website at www.smokyhillhoa.net.

Following discussion, Jerry Marshall motioned to pay bills for the month of April. Motion was seconded and approved.

· CPS presented their activity report for the month of April 2007.

· Caryn Winkler presented the status of the legal report from Attorney James Wilder. This was discussed at length.

· Jerry Marshall made a motion to adjourn the meeting. Motion was seconded and approved by all. The meeting adjourned at 9:30 P.M.
