General Session

Called to order at 7:07 P.M. by CJ Whelan

Sharron made a motion to approve the minutes from the February Board meeting. The motion was seconded and approved.

Centennial Property Services (CPS) presented the Associations current financial reports. The Balance sheet and Budget v. Actual reports (ending 2/28/07) were reviewed. Caryn Winkler made a motion to approve the financial reports (subject to audit). Motion was seconded and approved. The reports are available on the HOA’s website at www.smokyhillhoa.net.

· Following discussion Jerry Marshall motioned to pay bills for the month of February. Motion was seconded and approved.

· CPS reported that welcome information was sent to 8 new homeowners

· CPS presented their activity report for the month of February 2007.

· Dave Lewsader of Metro District discussed issues related to SHHOA & SHMD. For additional information please refer to the Metro District website.

· Caryn Winkler presented the status of the legal report from Attorney James Wilder. This was discussed at length.

· CJ Whelan and Dave Lewsader continued with discussion for the plans for the “covenant” signs that will be placed in the Smoky Hill area.

· Following lengthy discussion Caryn Winkler made a motion to have CPS send a certified notification of the plan to place lien on all properties of the homeowners who have not paid HOA dues in two years or more by May 1, 2007. Motion was seconded and approved.

· Jeff Kicia made a motion to adjourn the meeting. Motion was seconded and approved by all. The meeting adjourned at 9:10 P.M.
