Homeowner’s Forum

Ms. Twannia Clark was in attendance and requested that her legal charges be adjusted due to her misunderstanding of legal demands to paint her home. Following lengthy discussion among the Board members C.J. Whelan made a motion to reduce the total amount due by 50% if payment was made in full during the meeting. The motion was seconded and approved. Ms. Clark presented a check to the Board of Directors for payment of her account.

General Session

C J Whelan made a motion to approve the minutes from the January Board meeting. The motion was seconded and approved.

Centennial Property Services (CPS) presented the Associations current financial reports. The Balance sheet and Budget v. Actual reports (ending 1/31/07) were reviewed. Caryn Winkler made a motion to approve the financial reports (subject to audit). Motion was seconded and approved. The reports are available on the HOA’s website at www.smokyhillhoa.net.

· Following discussion Jerry Marshall motioned to pay bills for the month of January. Motion was seconded and approved.

· CPS presented their activity report for the month of January 2007.

· Dave Lewsader of Metro District discussed issues related to SHHOA & SHMD.

· The status of the legal report from Attorney James Wilder was discussed.

· CJ Whelan and Dave Lewsader discussed the plans for the “covenant” signs that will be placed in the Smoky Hill area.

· Jeff Kicia made a motion to adjourn the meeting. Motion was seconded and approved by all. The meeting adjourned at 9:50 P.M.
